Mt Shasta October 24, 2014
Torrential rain ...wind gusts 85 mph!!
I would say that winter is just around the corner.
Mt Shasta is finally getting snow and
may it snow til next May! That might alleviate
the drought conditions we have endured
the past three years!

Fun words in your post. Stunning view of the mountain.ReplyDelete
Wow - 85mph??! We had some strong ones down in Chico, but I don't think they got that strong. I do like hearing that there is snow though! I agree - let's get lots of rain and snow through Spring! Thanks for sharing - your link to 6WS inspired me to write again on my blog after a few months hiatus. :)ReplyDelete
Looks cold! brrrr....ReplyDelete
We got our first snow last Thursday but it melted the next day.
Today we changed our clocks. My inner clock woke me up like yesterday..
Have a good week ahead!

We even got a bit of rain yesterday. It was most refreshing.ReplyDelete
Love the shot. Wow.
Have a fabulous day my friend. Scritches to Lucy. ♥♥♥
Great photo, here's hoping for the snowpack. Much needed.ReplyDelete
It's great to see all that snow, knowing it will eventually drain into Lake Shasta, which sorely needs it.ReplyDelete
May you have a winter that ends your drought, but doesn't dampen your spirits!ReplyDelete
Wow, there's so much going on in that shot! The angry cloud gives the scene an interesting tone.ReplyDelete
