Six Words and Sunday Shadows! November 1-2, 2014

Yesterday we explored and enjoyed Tlaquepaque!

Fiesta flags are everywhere

Museo de Ceramica's courtyard

Inside El Abajeno's Restaurant

Day of the Dead Caterina
( I really wanted the dog!)

There were numerous Caterinas

And some priests...

But mostly Caterinas

Another view of El Abajeno Restaurant.
Interesting day...

Such colors brighten up the day, adding life to the 'dead' this day. Brilliant hues allow us to feel alive and full of life. I like the dog too!

Hi Kathe, I hadn't known of Tlaquepaque. But Mr. Google said it is a suburb of Guadalajara. We have a chain of Mexican restaurants here called Guadalajara.

It looks like a pretty town, very festive. Your pictures are nice.
