Six Words and Sunday Shadows! October 12, 2014

Our library needs help to rebuild!!
Almost a month ago our library was completely
destroyed by a wildfire that also consumed
our Community Center and over 100 homes.
We have had an amazing outpouring of
donations and the restoration of our little
town of Weed California has begun thanks to
everyone pulling together and helping each other.
Our library now has a tiny temporary space as we
work towards the rebuilding project.
And that's where you can help!
We have received a lot of book donations
which are heartily appreciated, but
what we need now is monetary donations.
Every dollar counts!
So - here's my deal to you:
For every $100.00 donated I will
send you this photo with a 12"x12" mat
with backing ready to be framed.
The donations should be sent to:

Weed Friends of the LIbrary
PO Box 2
Weed CA 96094

The Weed Friends of the Library
is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) EIN# 77-0605176
and all donations are tax deductible.

Thanks to everyone for their generous donations.
And have a great day!
Go here for Six Word Saturdays
and here for Shadow Shot Sundays

Do they still need book donations? I can let my publisher know.

Hope you get lots of books donated. That sounds awful that the fire destroyed everything. Take care.
