Eric Alders Monday Photo Prompt 4-8-2013

Put your ear
On the cold metal and feel the hum
of the city
Every week Eric Alder posts one of his images
to inspire us to write.  Go here to read and see more:

  1. I remember listening for far-off trains on the railroad tracks when I was a kid. Thanks for tickling that memory, Kathe!

    (Thanks for playing M.M.P.P. too!)

  2. Trains still hold the promise of adventure to me.

  3. Yes or hearing the train approaching. Very well done.

    Have a terrific day. ☺

  4. Love rr tracks and the promise of travel or a little adventure.

  5. When I lived with my grandparents as a teenager we lived right on the railroad tracks. Sometimes I miss the sound to be honest.

  6. That fits the photo perfectly.

I love comments and will attempt to reply to each one. However, lately I have been getting "Unknown" comments that are linked to some sort of web page. I will never open this sort of comment and will immediately mark as spam. I am not interested in opening something that could be detrimental to my blog security etc. Never have enjoyed hackers! Thanks!
