Have a fabulous day and weekend. ☺
Would you believe I'm allergic to eggplant? I'm weird. :)ReplyDelete
Looks tasty. I am kind of hungry now.ReplyDelete
Oh, that stuff is good! It's the only way my family will eat eggplant.ReplyDelete
Mrs. C. loves baba ganooj. Me, not so much.ReplyDelete
I love, love, love baaba ganooj... although I always called it ganoosh. Great post!ReplyDelete
I love eggplant. It has a posh name as well doesn't it....?ReplyDelete
Thanks for an appetizing post.
Never would have thought to make dip out of eggplant, thanks for this great idea! I'm not usually a fan but I know its really healthy so the new twist will be fun to try.ReplyDelete
I tried to bake Eggplant a few ago and it was horrible. Then I was watching a cooking show and she did the same thing I did. I will just have to leave my eggplant to someone else's cooking.ReplyDelete
