L is for Lemons and Limes
As we drove back home
I saw this lovely field of yellow
and immediately thought
"I must have some lemon pie"
Fortunately we always have lemons
and limes on hand.
YUM...

Delicious! I love lemon pie.
ReplyDeleteHave a great Saturday!
I used to work at a restaurant where I was constantly selling our specialty. You guessed it, key-lime pie!
ReplyDeletewanted to let you know how much I enjoy coming into your home page: the montage at the top blends so perfectly its possible to see it as one entire picture first, before you realize it's several blended togeter; green with envy, here.
ReplyDeleteI love lemon pie, alas, it's off my diet these days, but I can still inhale it. *g*
Carl's favorite pie in all the world? Key Lime of course. I made a frozen dessert for Easter family members are still raving about ~ four ingredients: frozen lemonade, angel food cake, condensed milk, extra creamy cool whip (I did not say it was healthy)!! I love lemon anything.
ReplyDeleteWow! Love how a field inspired a pie.
ReplyDeleteI'll be right over. I too love lemon pie.
ReplyDeleteHave a terrific day. :)
Key lime is a favorite here, followed by lemon ice box. Your blog tends to always remind me of good food and make me hungry!
ReplyDeleteI love citrus recipes and especially lemon pie and lemon bars. My family is luke warm to both so I don't make them often. If and when I do, I am totally OK with eating the whole thing.
ReplyDeleteLemon meringue pie! Not my very favourite but if you're making some I won't say no?
ReplyDeleteHaven't had lemon pie in years.
ReplyDeleteAt least you didn't think of yellow snow.
Ooh that sounds yummy!
ReplyDeleteHappy 6WS and A-Z! You survived week 2!

Lemon pie always makes me think of my late dad. Nothing made his face light up like lemon pie.
