This past Sunday we took a drive up
Hwy 97 to explore the Tule Lake area
and the Lava Beds National Monument.
While driving we stopped here to read this sign.
I wonder if he would have been
allowed to do this today in our politically divisive environment.

That's cool the flag is still there.
ReplyDeleteWell, probably the Mexican flag would be okay, but not our American flag. Makes me scratch my head most days, but we both live in California and sometimes things are just nuts here.

This is such a cool thing! I think we tend to over-think things today, make a fuss about every little thing, when we could much better put that energy into doing something positive for the world. Let's stop all the complaining!!! :-)

What a wonderful thing for him to do! We need young people who are passionate about their nation in a good way.
