Six Word Saturday and Shadow Shot Sunday!! September 14, 2013


We're having a music party today!
Last year we moved to the Mt Shasta area of California.
We've been having fun working on our new home and
discovering new places and new faces. One of our favorite
things to do is go listen to live music- and we so enjoy
Tom and Leslie's music that we organized a party to
feature them and their glorious music. You can learn

    The shadowy porch looks very inviting! I'm a native Californian raised in Concord, CA. Mt. Shasta was some distance away but an awesome sight to see. I hope you enjoy living there!

    A beautiful picture of a simple molded plastic chair. So easy to take for granted but if you were lost in the desert what a joy it would be to sit on this.

    Ah, acoustic...no amplification, hollow bodies and pure sounds. What's not to love! Sometimes with the pace of this life, we need to slow down and listen to a more pure music. I samples some of their videos, and the simple harmonies are very nice. Nice find...as for the chair in the porch- that is the perfect setting to listen to Tom and Leslie. Since you are having a party for them, just start rocking in the chair as they play. Live music has a quality all its own!

I love comments and will attempt to reply to each one. However, lately I have been getting "Unknown" comments that are linked to some sort of web page.
