ReplyDeleteI agree that they have cute personalities. They are very friendly too. I was raised on a farm so I was around these stinky cutie pies many times.
ReplyDeleteHave a terrific Awww Monday. :)
I love this!!
ReplyDeleteAw, I love pigs! When I was a kid, I wanted one as a pet. :)
ReplyDeleteaww I think they are cute and they can be very smart Have a very good week
ReplyDeleteGreat shots of these really darling creatures!
ReplyDeleteAwww! Baby pigs are so cute, I have good memories (and pictures) of times spent as a child at my cousin's farm playing with little piglets. They are actually very smart, just a bitthe messy! :-)
ReplyDeleteLoved the piggy pictures, my son used to raise Heritage Black Hogs, not smelly, he loaded them up with lots of hay and their houses were under some trees. They acted like dogs, albeit some very large dogs, loved to be petted and scratched. Miss them a little. Named one Sir Francis Bacon.
ReplyDeleteThe middle picture...looks like they are on a mission.
ReplyDeleteI understand that pigs are much smarter than dogs, but do pigs stink by nature or is it because of the way they're penned up? I grew up in the suburbs so i don't know these things.
ReplyDeletePigs can be so darn cute! As for the stinky, really it's just the natural smell of the animals that we've all forgotten, i think, living so far from the natural world.
ReplyDeleteStephen and Mimi- I think pigs are only stinky if they cannot be allowed to run around. They do like to wallow in mud- it probably feels really good!
ReplyDeleteAnyhow- these pigs really didn't smell too much!
Awwww I love piggies .. One day I'll have a couple :D
ReplyDeleteApril- thanks for your nice comments- since you changed to Google+ I am not able to comment on your blog. Sorry-some sort of glitch between my rather old lap top and Google+.
ReplyDeleteI grew up in town but married a man that still owns a farm. I adore the pigs. Especially the piglets....so cute.
ReplyDeleteI used to have a huge obsession with pigs. For a long time now I've given up Country style design so the pigs I'd collected were mostly were given away or donated. But I still can't resist a picture of a cute pig to make me smile! Thanks for this :-)
ReplyDeleteOh Lovely!
