Shadow Shot Sunday! March 10, 2018

2018 Photo Project
Photo # 68

California Acorn Woodpecker!
Beautiful birds and very talkative!
They are very gregarious and fly together
while looking for acorns or, in this case,
a tasty suet feeder!
Okay....no shadows to be seen anywhere
these days as it has been either snowing
or raining...but that's okay since we
need all the precipitation we can get.
Poor Mt Shasta is almost naked!
It snows and then the wind blows most of it away.
Have a lovely weekend!

  1. That's some strong wind to blow away the snow.

  4. I love the birds too. I love to watch them on the feeders.

This morning it's dense fog. Lots or rain, then in comes the fog. Oh well.

Have a fabulous day. Big hug to you and Russell and tons of scritches to Miss Lucy. ♥♥♥

  6. Oops...meant to answer your question about the cat Brandua....Brandua is still a barn cat. Months ago it was a drop off and just showed up, I am still trying to locate a home for all the four barn cats but....its hard. They say in the Metro area in the county we live in there are about 80 thousands feral cats....so finding homes for these has become really hard. Thanks for checking on the kitty anyway..

I love comments and will attempt to reply to each one. However, lately I have been getting "Unknown" comments that are linked to some sort of web page. I will never open this sort of comment and will immediately mark as spam. I am not interested in opening something that could be detrimental to my blog security etc. Never have enjoyed hackers! Thanks!
