A to Z 2015 Challenge R is for Rabano

R is for Rabano
R= Radish
In Oaxaca, Mexico there is a celebration
for the shy and unassuming radish...
It is called The Night of the Radishes...

  1. Those are carved out of radishes? Impressive!

  2. How neat. I love radishes, but the don't like me one bit.

    Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and tons of scritches to Miss Lucy. ♥♥♥

  3. Radidshes always remind me of Fraggles! We are Fraggle Rock fans, and the kids loved it when they were younger. They were thrilled to find out that radishes were a real item they could buy in the grocery store, and wanted me to buy some for them to eat. Then they had their first taste and never asked again! Heeheehee!

  4. Well, I've never heard of that! As for those radish sculptures...brilliant!

  5. I love radishes! The carvings are amazing!!!

  6. I just crave radishes sometimes. You know I'm grooving on your last photo!

  7. I once grew a vegetable garden, and the only thing that sprouted was a single radish. I ate it, and wasn't impressed.

I love comments and will attempt to reply to each one. However, lately I have been getting "Unknown" comments that are linked to some sort of web page. I will never open this sort of comment and will immediately mark as spam. I am not interested in opening something that could be detrimental to my blog security etc. Never have enjoyed hackers! Thanks!
