Six Words and Shadowy Shots June 14-15, 2014

Once snapped the image is trapped.

"The creative act lasts but a brief moment,
a lightning instant of give and take,
just long enough for you to level the camera
and trap the fleeting prey in your box."

  8. I see a shower of light falling nicely outside shower. A great and stylish way to wake up! Lots of fresh garlic in a bowl - I am picturing it all roasted and spread over a slice of grilled bread - delicious! I wish we had CA fresh garlic back east, it is often way old by the time it arrives back East...

  14. A moody, mysterious atmosphere in that first shadowy scene. And garlic is a mean health energiser.

  16. Very good shot of the shower! It's true that the creative moment of a photo is only a moment, but lives on. Now if only a clean house could be a moment's work and then last!
