Magpie Tales #216

Finland, 1968,  photo by George F. Mobley

Gloomy rainy day
Lifted by splashes of color
And children's laughter
~~~~~~~~
Nothing deters children from having fun-
especially a little bit of rainy weather.
Kids just love to have fun. The weather is just something that's not all that important.
Have a fabulous day and happy Easter. Big hugs. ♥♥♥
Kids love the rain. Nothing so good as a day such as this to be able to splash in puddles, feel the wind and hear laughter swept up and away in that same wind. Great write! Still awaiting inspiration!
I love this haiku and for what it portrays.
Children will remind you that being gloomy or having fun is your choice.
These people should be smart enough to come in out of the rain. Oh, well... Happy Easter.
There is no sound more heartwarming than that of children's laughter - particularly babies.
Nothing boosts the spirit like the laughter of children...
They look happy, even from behind, in nasty weather. That's hope, I guess!
