Six Words and Sunday Shadows! December 10-11, 2016

It's time to make cookies!!!

I really don't need an excuse to make
cookies....I love making cookies!
Today it will be Ginger Molasses cookies!

Kathe's Famous Molasses Ginger Cookies

2/3 C canola oil
4 T Molasses
1 t ginger
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 C sugar
2 t baking soda
1 egg
Mix above ingredients together
Add 2 c flour and mix with a spoon.
Roll into balls- you choose how big or small. Mine are a generous teaspoon size.
Dip into sugar ( I use a pie pan to dip the cookies )
For a festive touch press into each sugary ball a cinnamon redhot candy
Bake at 350F for 9 minutes or more depending on your stove and how you like them.

Do drop by Six Words
and have a great weekend!

I love comments and will attempt to reply to each one. However, lately I have been getting "Unknown" comments that are linked to some sort of web page. I will never open this sort of comment and will immediately mark as spam. I am not interested in opening something that could be detrimental to my blog security etc. Never have enjoyed hackers! Thanks!
