Awww Monday is here! November 21, 2016

Yesterdays snow flurry....
only a little bit and no trouble at all!
Our snow only lasted a bit-
but the mountain has lots more fresh snow!

Meanwhile....it's that time of year for
the bucks to be chasing the does....
and the fawns stay far, far away....

Good morning!

Ahah! There she is!

The does keep their distance...

and the buck follows his nose.

It's fascinating- nature right outside our windows.
Have a lovely day today and a great
Thanksgiving later this week!

  3. Since we moved back into town, I miss the wildlife that roamed the woods behind our previous house. Nice images of a handsome buck.

  6. We've taken the dogs to the mountains (where we keep all our snow), and they spend the day huddled under blankets in the car. They are not wildlife.

  11. I always thought I'd grow up to live in the country and to have deer come up close to the house. Alas, neither my husband or I have the energy anymore to take on such a venture. Thanks for sharing the photos and letting me enjoy wildlife vicariously through you. :-)
