Yesterdays snow flurry....
only a little bit and no trouble at all!
Our snow only lasted a bit-
but the mountain has lots more fresh snow!
Meanwhile....it's that time of year for
the bucks to be chasing the does....
and the fawns stay far, far away....
Good morning!
Ahah! There she is!
The does keep their distance...
and the buck follows his nose.
It's fascinating- nature right outside our windows.
Have a lovely day today and a great
Thanksgiving later this week!

ReplyDeleteHow exciting to look out your window and see these wonderful creatures.
ReplyDeleteSince we moved back into town, I miss the wildlife that roamed the woods behind our previous house. Nice images of a handsome buck.
ReplyDeleteI remember when I was growing up on our farm and seeing these beautiful creatures so often. You do live in a wonderful place to see and enjoy nature.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous Awww Monday. Big hug to you both and lots of scritches to Miss Lucy. ♥♥♥
Happy Thanksgiving to you & wonderful photography of the deer ~ thanks,,
ReplyDeleteWishing you a gentle week ~ ^_^
We've taken the dogs to the mountains (where we keep all our snow), and they spend the day huddled under blankets in the car. They are not wildlife.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures and what fun to see all that going on right in your yard. You all have a wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteyou are so lucky to have such wonderful nature scenes right outside your window! Wow!

Wow! We don't get that wildlife channel here very often! What a beautiful sight!
ReplyDeleteI miss having nature outside my window. I used to get deer etc when I lived in Cleveland catchatwithcarenandcody
ReplyDeleteI always thought I'd grow up to live in the country and to have deer come up close to the house. Alas, neither my husband or I have the energy anymore to take on such a venture. Thanks for sharing the photos and letting me enjoy wildlife vicariously through you. :-)
