Yesterday's Walk to Zaltbommel September 27, 2016

With only a few days left before we fly home-
we walked a few kilometers to Zaltbommel...

Walking along the dike path...
Everything is so orderly- even the power lines are all buried...

Had a delicious lunch here...

Swimming after dinner...
Rens and Mauri go 3 times a week
and will be competing starting this weekend!

Here's Mauri!

Breakfast with cats...

And everyone rides their bicycles to school and work!

Even their mom- Chantal!

Bye bye- we hope we'll see you soon!

Now it's just us and the cats until
our cab comes to take us to the train station!
We'll be off to Amsterdam until we go home Thursday.

Our train tickets- note the "Toeslap" tax added
on the lower right hand corner!
(It actually says "Toeslag"- but "Toeslap" is funnier!

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hug to you both. Love you. ♥♥♥

  3. Dining with cats - of course!
Burying power lines is smart. Not only does it look better, but then someone can't hit a pole and knock out everyone's power for the day.

I love comments and will attempt to reply to each one. However, lately I have been getting "Unknown" comments that are linked to some sort of web page. I will never open this sort of comment and will immediately mark as spam. I am not interested in opening something that could be detrimental to my blog security etc. Never have enjoyed hackers! Thanks!
