Day Two in Scotland September 15, 2016

Arduous journey completed!
Now the fun begins!
We managed to negotiate 4 airports over
24 hours....and arrived in Edinburgh
and after a delicious dinner and good nights
sleep we are ready to enjoy touring this lovely city.
Landing in London...look at all the houses!

Waiting for our taxi at Edinburgh airport...

Incredibly delicious dinner at L'Escargot Blanc
View from our table...

Garden views at B and B...

Resident rescue dogs!

Our lovely B and B room....
More later- we're out to go to the Botanical Garden
and the Edinburgh National Art Gallery!

  1. Bed and breakfast is the way to go! Enjoy walking the royal mile. Take the ghost tour - you get to see the unused underside of the city, which is really cool.

  2. How fun. I know the two of you will have a fabulous time.

Big hugs to you both. Sending love to Miss Lucy. ♥♥♥

  3. Beautiful room and building. Looking forward to all your photos.

  4. The Edinburgh National Art Gallery? Oh, how I envy you.

  5. What an amazing place to visit!! I have always wanted to go to Scotland! Have a blast! My dog is jealous, he is a Sheltie and Shelties are from Scotland!!

  6. Nice photos, have a great time!

  7. Wow! Hope you are having a wonderful visit!

  8. Thanks for sharing your Scottish adventure. I love the bot garden especially the rock garden. There are even northern California native trees in the garden! Hugs, Ernie

I love comments and will attempt to reply to each one. However, lately I have been getting "Unknown" comments that are linked to some sort of web page. I will never open this sort of comment and will immediately mark as spam. I am not interested in opening something that could be detrimental to my blog security etc. Never have enjoyed hackers!
