It was a bit too cold and windy
to ride the Ferris wheel....

Just remember that it's only once a year!

 
Yummy cinnamon sugar on top...
and large enough to share!

    A funnel cake - the blend of starch and oil does allow a feel guilty treat that is sublime - and tasty too! The fried and flattened cake needs very little, just a bit of sugar that will milt and glaze this treat!
