One last day before going home...
Fred kept me company every morning
at the grocery store nearby that has Wi-Fi! There wasn't any where we were staying ....
Fred joined us for lunch at our
most favorite NW Portland restaurant!
Close your eyes, inhale and you are in Italy!
This morning Minnie kissed Fred goodbye...
In a few hours we'll be home....
it's always fun to travel, but there
truly is no place like home.
Have a great weekend!
I thought I smelled garlic when I opened your blog. I did too. Nothing beats the smell of a really good Italian Restaurant. Nothing.ReplyDelete
I'm glad Fred had a great time. I know I did.
Have a safe trip home honey. Big hugs to you and tons of scritches when you see Miss Lucy. ♥♥♥
Fred is such a likeble little fella. Nothing like being home! Nicely Kathe!ReplyDelete

OK, I don't know a lick of Italian, but, "Que bono!" I'm hoping I'm saying that's good or that's wonderful. What a fabulous trip that had to have been.ReplyDelete

Fred is the most patriotic gnome I have ever seen :)ReplyDelete
Have a fun, safe trip home!ReplyDelete
Glad you had fun in our old haunt. We used to live in a big old house on NW 22nd Place.ReplyDelete
What did Fred think of that kiss?ReplyDelete
I'm with you. Traveling is fun, but home is the best.
Sounds like a super recharging of batteries, Kathe :) :)ReplyDelete
I need a "Fred" to travel with! I would certainly love to visit Portland but that isn't going to happen soon. My son loves that part of the states the best.ReplyDelete
Home. afterall, is where the heart is. ;-)ReplyDelete
Love the deer on your computer screen! I just got home this week (gone 7 weeks) and coming home is a great feeling.ReplyDelete
It is great to travel and enjoy new experiences. Love your little Fred that went with you.ReplyDelete
