ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of hard cooked eggs as food, but as a shadowy delight, these eggs are tasty indeed! I'd take the celery and onions to accent a chicken salad instead...not as shadowy as those hard cooked elliptical beauties :)

ReplyDeleteI'll have one (or two) now also!! These are a wonderful Six, especially since now I can have my morning snack. That will be a piece of raisin bread toast with PB and/or some jam (or a fig from Mrs. Jim's homemade fig preserves).

Yum! I never thought of putting some potato chips inside but I love egg salad sandwiches - especially my own that I make.
