There still is a very active
mill operation here in Quincy.
Later on we went back to the fair
for the Pig Call Contest!
What a hoot- the kids had 60 seconds
to get their pig to come to them from
a corner of the arena. The best time was
11 seconds! Juliana won 5th prize
for 20 seconds. Some pigs never did
saunter over to their kids.
This little piggie didn't move....
This one finally came over after about 50 seconds...
This piggie stood outside the box.....
Smartie was smart and made it over in 20 seconds!
Good job Juliana!
Obviously we had a great time and
a good visit with the family!
Julianna won three ribbons! Woo Hoo!

Now this is an outing that I would love to be part of. The exploring, the animals and everything. How fun. Someday hubby and I will be able to do this.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous time honey. Big hugs. ♥♥♥
Congratulations to Juliana on fourth place!

Congratulations to Juliana and Smartie! It looks like you are enjoying your trip, and i'm glad.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have a clue as to how one calls a pig. I doubt you stand there and yell, "Bacon!" It truly is a beautiful pig. And I don't eat bacon.
