Poetry Jam 2-12-14 "Dandylions"

There once was a cute little flower
That made some folks really sour
Claiming it's a "weed"
The Dandylion agreed
Saying "There's more of me by the hour!"

Thanks and a tip of a petal to Alan
for this weeks Poetry Jam
And for heavens sake have a great day!
Cheers!

  5. A very funny limerick. It brought a smile - probably because my days of pulling dandelions are fini.

  14. LOL I like to imagine those little yellow flowers popping up like crazy. We do not have too many of them here so I was not aware they could take over!

  15. They and the crabgrass do have it in common to spread fast! `Was it Winnie the Pooh that said weeds are flowers once you get to know them?
