Poetry Jam-What's Going on in Our House....

Art!
Almost silent
Brush on canvas creates a vision
A magic moment
~~~~~~~~
Years ago before I met Russell he had stopped painting....
for many reasons.
Now that we've got our new home settled he has
picked up his brushes and has begun to paint again.
He has completed a painting for a friend and is now
creating another from a trip to Mexico ....
Another reason we included an Art Hall to our addition.
 Russell finds the Art Hall is a perfect place
to paint- great light and peaceful.
He finished the painting of Charlie...
Charlie Okamura
Work in progress....a new painting being created.
This one is inspired by our many trips to Mexico.
Seeing him paint makes me so happy and I love
watching the process. It's magic!
Cheers!
  7. I've often thought that painting was magical, and I'm glad Russell is back at it. Now if only I could motivate myself to pick up a brush.
  9. Congratulate him for me for picking up his brushes again! It's such an amazing thing to be able to look at a blank canvass and turn it into a lovely painting, he has my admiration.
