I am smiling at your snappy repartee! So positive you have made this. I love the squirrel. I have a yard full of them because of my walnut trees. They always delight me and now I will have your words to add in that delight when I see them in the snow.
You are invited to join our potluck week 13 at Jingle Poetry : http://jinglepoetry.blogspot.com/

Oh does it ever need happy feet! Wow, what beautiful pristine snow cover! We only have enough to cover the grass. I would be out with the girls attempting snow men, women and kids, plus all the snow angels we could muster. Delightful haiku.
As long as those feet don't trip over, they shall remain happy too.. :) But really, those first snowflakes are a treat to the senses!!! Just like your poem!
I love comments and will attempt to reply to each one. However, lately I have been getting "Unknown" comments that are linked to some sort of web page. I will never open this sort of comment and will immediately mark as spam. I am not interested in opening something that could be detrimental to my blog security etc. Never have enjoyed hackers! Thanks!
Short and sweet. I like your style!
