Day 6 We goof off in Portland Oregon

Finally we get a day off with no driving...
Russell and I used the bus all day-
plus just walking
all over downtown Portland.

Looking down on Pioneer Square
while we take care of business.

Lunch at Deschutes Brewery in the Pearl
Some of the best French Onion soup ever!

It's been years and years since I've been in Portland. I was born and raised in Tillamook, Oregon.

Have a fabulous day and wedding. Big hugs. :)

When I moved to Portland that building with the clock on it that you're looking down on, The Jackson Tower, was the tallest building in downtown Portland. Looks tiny in your picture. I hope you're having a good time.

Nice seeing another part of Portland. My son lived there several years ago and I visited. Had a bad experience, never been back since. Rains too much to suit me.
