Some mothers have said:

"Elbows off the table

I'm not amused

Eat your veggies

Eat your fruit

NO!

 You're not excused

Finish your dinner

Clean your plate

Use your fork

Don't waste food

NO!

You cannot stay up late

Think of all the starving children

In Kuwait

In China

In India

NO!

Sit up straight"

Meanwhile the child is thinking:

"Thank god we're vegetarians

Just think how I'd look if I ate meat....

hmmm that could be neat...."
