I am so thankful for all our friends and family!
Here is a Buddhist saying that resonates with me:
“Yesterday is a memory, tomorrow is a mystery,
and today is a gift, which is why it is called the present.
What the caterpillar perceives is the end,
to the butterfly is just the beginning.
Everything that has a beginning has an ending.
Make your peace with that and all will be well.”
~~~~~~
Now then, the one thing I am not thankful for is Google's Blogger.
They keep changing how things look and I guess I will have
to learn all about other blogs such as Word Press.
Any suggestions? Thanks and have a lovely day!
~~~~~~
Crap, what did they change now?
ReplyDeleteI just wish Feedly was more accurate. I'm getting IWSG posts from yesterday just now showing up in my Feedly reader.
Beautiful flowers. Mom heard that quote about yesterday is history...years ago and uses it often. It is so perfect for life! We have always had Wordpress, so we can't help with anything Blogger.
ReplyDeleteBright and colourful flowers. That is a nice and true saying. Have a wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteLove the flowers and love the quotes. They are so true. You and I both know these things.
ReplyDeleteSeveral years ago I let Blogger go and went to WordPress. It was a most wonderful move for me. I do have the business account so I have access to many things. WordPress isn't for everyone, but it's perfect for me.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday, Kathe. Love and hugs all around. ♥♥♥
Those are terrific Buddhist words. Too bad Google keeps new and improving things that don't need it. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely quote! Technical difficulties are frustrating, I wish there was an easier way to keep up with the changes.
ReplyDelete"Today is a gift, which is why it is called the present." What a wonderful thought and lovely flowers! I can be grateful to Blogger. I've stuck with it since 2009 and don't want to learn a new platform. I wonder what happened now? Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteThat is a wonderful saying and great thankfuls
ReplyDeleteThat is a great satying. Sorry Blogger is such a pain. XO
ReplyDeleteLovely flowers and an excellent quote. Since i'm not a tech person, i just stick to blogger and hope for the best.
ReplyDeleteLike Mimi I stick with blogger. It is hard learning all the new rules and changes at other sites. Many love typepad and wordPress. I suppose I could ask my cousin to help me on WordPress as he always used it. I would love to have my own site so I could do things that come easy for me. Who knows. I am shocked blogger took away spell check. I often put final posts together late into the night. So it is rough. Good luck searching for a new format/
