Feline Friday! February 5, 2021

This photo was posted months ago.
I knew the cat was not a stray, but
I worried about it as it roamed the
neighborhood and we have coyotes
that come through.
After awhile it stopped coming by.
Perhaps because I was roaming the
neighborhood with a photo asking folks if they
knew whose cat it was. Hopefully the owner
was contacted and realized it would
be best if the cat stayed inside?
We see posted lost cat and dog notices
all the time. Heartbreaking.
Thanks Sandee for Feline Friday!

  3. Beautiful cat. Hopefully it's owner kept it inside. We'd never let a cat wander by itself. Too many bad things could happen to it.

  4. Coyotes are a real bad thing for pets left outside. We had an outdoor cat who just vanished one night. We never found a trace of him again and surmise a coyote got him. So sad.

  5. I can't imagine leaving your pet to roam the neighborhood, but it happens all the time here too. We see those same signs here. So sad.

Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.

  7. Such a sweetie. We have coyotes that pass through our backyard from time to time, it makes us really nervous for our feral family.

  8. We too hope the cats pawrents are keeping it home. Training an outdoor cat can be done but it takes time and effort when one lives where there are coyotes. Have a marvellously Happy Day!

  11. We don't let the critters out unattended for that reason. It's a scary world.
