Wordless Wednesday November 11, 2020

Two views of the greenspace
behind our home.
So peaceful and full of wildlife!

We are able to have our tranquil
little piece of land because of
all our Veterans who have served.
Without our Veterans we would not
have our peaceful country.
Thank you to all the men and women
who have served .
May our peace return in full.
I have attempted multiple times to
have our flag displayed on my
blog today, but was blocked .
Not sure why. Very sad.

  5. It's good to have nature to sit and enjoy. I remember that as a child, but my adult life it's been other houses.

  10. True. The ancestors paid for our freedom. We must also honor them by preserving the freedom they have given us.
I like the "wilderness" behind your house. 😊 In the first photo, the trees grew... in the victory symbol.
    All the best!

  13. Kathe,

If it weren't for those who served to keep freedom intact then we wouldn't be able to live where we want or own a piece of land or do anything that we like doing today. We owe these brave individuals so much and we'll never be able to pay that debt but hopefully showing our respect and offering our thanks counts in some small way. Thanks to our veterans and our allies' veterans for preserving freedom! :)

I love comments and will attempt to reply to each one. However, lately I have been getting "Unknown" comments that are linked to some sort of web page. I will never open this sort of comment and will immediately mark as spam. I am not interested in opening something that could be detrimental to my blog security etc. Never have enjoyed hackers! Thanks!
