Wordless Wednesday November 11, 2020

Two views of the greenspace
behind our home.
So peaceful and full of wildlife!

We are able to have our tranquil
little piece of land because of
all our Veterans who have served.
Without our Veterans we would not
have our peaceful country.
Thank you to all the men and women
who have served .
May our peace return in full.
I have attempted multiple times to
have our flag displayed on my
blog today, but was blocked .
Not sure why. Very sad.

  1. The wooded area looks lovely and quiet.
I am thankful to the veterans of all the allied countries who fought for our freedom.

  2. Lovely views I agree very serene it's all built up here all I see is buildings arrgh heheh!

    Have a greenspacetastic 😷😷😷

  3. How nice to have a wooded are with wildlife in your own yard. Our wildlife is just squirrels and rabbits mostly.

  4. WOW, your private jungle is very pretty. Thank you to all of our heroes!

  5. It's good to have nature to sit and enjoy. I remember that as a child, but my adult life it's been other houses.

Sorry you can't put your flag on your blog.

Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Big hug to you both and lots of scritches to Miss Lucy. ♥

  6. Lovely photos of your tranquil back yard and tribute to Our Veterans ~

    Live each moment with love,

  7. Nice photos. Sorry your flag got blocked, that is sad. XO

  8. What a beautiful peace of tranquil you have and the critters still there too.
What in the world is going on with our Flag? I've seen it on several other blogs.
    Hugs Cecilia

  9. It is so sad that the flag was blocked, but I join you in thanking all those who made the enjoyment of our lives possible. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

  10. True. The ancestors paid for our freedom. We must also honor them by preserving the freedom they have given us.
I like the "wilderness" behind your house. 😊 In the first photo, the trees grew... in the victory symbol.
    All the best!

  11. Lovely views! How blessed to have such a beautiful backyard!

  12. A blessing that you can enjoy the nature and peace behind your house. A lovely tribute to those who fought for peace.

  13. Kathe,

If it weren't for those who served to keep freedom intact then we wouldn't be able to live where we want or own a piece of land or do anything that we like doing today. We owe these brave individuals so much and we'll never be able to pay that debt but hopefully showing our respect and offering our thanks counts in some small way. Thanks to our veterans and our allies' veterans for preserving freedom! :)

  14. Such a beautiful place, and much thanks goes out to all who have served and are serving now.

I love comments and will attempt to reply to each one. However, lately I have been getting "Unknown" comments that are linked to some sort of web page. I will never open this sort of comment and will immediately mark as spam. I am not interested in opening something that could be detrimental to my blog security etc. Never have enjoyed hackers! Thanks!
