This is a wandering kitty.
No idea who he or she belongs to,
but I tried to find out by posting
a photo on our neighborhood's
Nextdoor web site. No one knows
where the kitty belongs. I've even
gone out in the close by neighborhoods
and no one recognizes the kitty.
It looks quite healthy and well fed.
Showing up a few times each week for
the past month. I gave it a bit of food
but won't again as it's not fair to Lucy.
She is very agressive and feisty if she
sees another cat.
I wish folks would keep their cats inside
as we have all sorts of predators here.

Yes, that sweetie does look well cared for and healthy too.
ReplyDeleteI never let my kitties outside. I was always afraid something bad would happen to them. You're right this one looks very healthy.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Feline Friday and weekend. Big hug to you both and lots of scritches to Miss Lucy. ♥♥♥
We let Tripod SissyCat out, but she stays on the porch and eats her grass. She's 14 and just likes to sit out there where she can see the sky and watch the world go by. She was an outdoor cat for 8 years before we got her, so we indulge her desire to sit out there. If she started running off, she'd not be let out again and i think she knows it.
ReplyDeleteHope that beauty goes home and stays home!
He is a handsome boy. He/She does look well cared for so hopefully has a home.
ReplyDeleteYes looks definitely well cared for it must be very puzzling
ReplyDeleteHave a safetastic weekend 😷😷😷
That kitty does look well fed. I wish people would keep cats inside too, it is so much safer.
ReplyDeleteOur Human loves to see the wandering kitties that hang out in our cottage garden. She never seems to be able to get a good photo of them though!

We had a simliar visitor for several weeks back when Angel Madi was a Feisty Feline. That cheeky visitor came right up to the back door and had the nerve to sit until Madi saw her. Madi would literally throw herself at the door. She made it clear she was happy being an only kitty. I kept the shade down for several days the kitty quit coming by.
