Early Feline Friday! September 27, 2019

 

 

It's beginning to rain here and so we got out our

umbrellas to take a walk. When we got back

we opened up our umbrellas to dry and of

course Lucy thought the umbrellas a perfect place 

to hang out and watch her humans.

She's so funny!

                  Happy First Day of Fall!!

 

 

OK- now I've seen everything!

Saturday was a gorgeous warm and sunny

day and we were out and about in our car.

When we got home Lucy asked to go into

the garage so she could see if there was

anything interesting. Later on I peeked in

the garage and there she was sleeping

on the very warm hood of our car.

She's hilarious.

Here's Lucy our wonderful kitty relaxing

and watching us still unpacking

this past January. She adapted so well

and we were amazed how calm she was

during all that chaos!

She is the best kitty ever!

Thankful Thursday September 20, 2019

 

Everyday I am so thankful to have my

sweet husband in my life. He has so many

wonderful qualities; patience, creative, wacky

sense of humor, compassion, hard worker,

and a zest for travel and adventure. 

Here we are on one of our trips to Mexico.

Wordless Wednesday! September 18, 2019

 

Crows are not wordless! They have ongoing

conversations with each other!

 

I took these photos the other day while they

were flying through the trees above us.

 

They have an amazing vocabulary of caws

and all  sorts of guttural clicks.

fascinating birds! They certainly

aren't wordless!

We have a lot of little tree frogs in

our backyard. They are so tiny that

I had to work hard to get this close-up.

We hear them at night serenading us!
