Drought Stressed Apricot Tree October 2, 2015
After four years of drought we can
only hope that this winter will bring us
lots of snow in the mountains and lots of rain in the valleys.

Hope you get the snow and rain. We don't need any more - we'll send you ours.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping for the same thing honey. It's been so very dry.
ReplyDeleteMy heart hurts so badly.
Have a fabulous day. Big hugs to you and tons of scritches to Miss Lucy. ♥♥♥
Love that tree in the limbo position, the ultimate in yielding.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful view of the distant mountain, but the drought-stressed, twist of the tree is quite a sad sight.
ReplyDeleteLooks superb! Have a good time, Kathe :)
ReplyDeleteI have a feeling California is going to get a lot of rain this winter.
ReplyDeleteLovely post and photos ~
ReplyDeletedo hope snow and rain goes in your direction! New England does not need another winter like last year!
Happy Weekend to you,
artmusedog and carol
Our drought is ending as i type, with rain from Patricia expected to give us plenty for the next few days. How i wish i could send some your way!
ReplyDeleteHappily there is a snowy cap on top of Shasta - we back east where a 'drought' is pretty inconsequential cannot appreciate what you in the Golden State have been enduring. Let's hope for a snowy winter at that elevation!
ReplyDeleteMay all the trees have their thirst slaked
