We love all the animals
we see on our 10.5 acres.
After all they were here first!
We've learned to expect that they
will periodically eat some plant we
wanted to keep- but we've learned to
either accept those vegetative losses
or plant them where they cannot
get to them. That's why our veggie
garden is totally fenced!
Have a totally awesome day!

Thanks Sandee for Awww Mondays!
When you live in the country you are secondary, and all the precious critters are first. A huge Awww on all the wonders where you live.
ReplyDeleteHave a terrific Awww Monday. Big hugs to you and tons of scritches to Miss Lucy. ♥♥♥
Smart idea.
ReplyDeleteThat squirrel looks beat. Rough day of nut finding I guess.
LOL @ the squirrel :-)
ReplyDeleteI like your attitude. And that squirrel pic is a hoot.
ReplyDeleteI am always seeing things on the news about people getting upset over wildlife! If they disturb you I say go live elsewhere, you are so right, they were here first! I see lots of raccoons on the side of the roadways. There is a big park near my home and they love that water but crossing busy roads to get there is often deadly. I am a great follower of the little prairie dogs and they are being forced out everywhere they go. I know they are not good for farmers and ranchers but in the city, there is entirely too much building, there are rarely any open spaces anywhere. Sad.
ReplyDeleteYour photos are wonderful and made me smile.. Thanks for sharing.
great pics,I bet the flower beds were considered a salad bar by the deer.
ReplyDeleteHow rude of them to eat your plants, but of course thet don't know they're your plants. To them it's just food.
ReplyDeleteAdorable, Kathe, and I love your header! :)
ReplyDeleteYes, they need to eat, too! Love the pics, and i hope you are having a fabulous day!
ReplyDeleteThey are having a blast too!
ReplyDeleteI love how you figure the animals into your environment. That'show it should be and I so agree with you, they were here first!
