Best Summer Recipe!

Perhaps you don't have a super abundance
of Rhubarb like I do, but this has to be one of the best
desserts I have tasted lately (except for Steve's Chocolate Cake)

Our friend Sarah was kind enough to share the recipe!
Here's the recipe:

Rhubarb Custard Cake
heat oven to 350
grease 9"x13" baking pan
prepare yellow cake batter for two layers
(your favorite scratch recipe or packaged mix)
pour in pan
next layer 4 cups of chopped rhubarb
sprinkle with 1 cup sugar
pour on 1 pint heavy cream
bake for 50-60 minutes
