It is definitely a "hands-on" time.
We are keeping busy by being productive.
I spent a few hours making Orange Ginger Marmalade
While Russell continued to work on tiling
our front entry way.
He already finished the back entry stoop.
It definitely is a "hands-on" time!
Have a good day and be happy and healthy!
Thanks Sandee for all that you do!

ReplyDeleteKathe,
ReplyDeleteOrange ginger marmalade? I like orange marmalade but I don't think I've had it with ginger. Sounds good, though. Keep those hands busy! ;)
Cathy- I use crystallized ginger....about a cup for a regular recipe I chop it up a bit and add it when adding the sugar. Adds a nice bite...tasty...how far away do you live? I could mail you a bit?
