Thankful Thursday October 24, 2019

It's only been 2 weeks since Russell had his
very serious surgery. And look at him today!
He's sitting with Armando a good friend of ours
and you can see how well he feels!
Amazing man of mine!
Just proves that if you take care of
your body, your body will take care of you.
Russell has made an amazing recovery in large
part due to his working out 2-3 times a week
 for years and years! Yay for Russell.
The physical therapist came today to see
how Russell has been doing and he said
"You don't need me any more!"
Tomorrow he has an appointment with the
surgeon and we shall see what he thinks.
I am so thankful for the care Russell got
from all the dedicated people who helped
Russell be where he is today!
~~~~
Thanks to Brian for Thankful Thursday!
Taking care of yourself, and living a healthy lifestyle really does make a difference. Even if you fall ill or have something happen, the body will thank you with a good recovery.
Excellent news, Kathe. It does make a difference doesn't it. The body is indeed a temple.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday. Big hug to you and Russell and lots of scritches to the retired Nurse Lucy. She can go back to being Miss Lucy again. ♥♥♥
