Magpie Tales #310 Cheers!

Still life of grape juice and sandwiches
painting by David Ligare
A toast for you
Whole wheat and strawberry jam
Strawberry jam and peanut butter
Peanut butter slathered with love
Slathered with love and a sliced banana
A sliced banana with more peanut butter
More peanut butter along with a smooch
A smooch and a sweet peanut butter hug!
Lick your sticky fingers and scamper
over to Magpie Tales for more
sandwichy stories and poems!
Thanks Tess!

We always make our peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat! Sometimes with bananas, and sometimes with jam or jelly, but always with a glass of cold milk. Yum!

Love your poem. You say that's a painting and not a photograph? It must be a photo-realist painting.
