Thanks to Tess Kincaid for Magpie Tales.
I love comments and will attempt to reply to each one. However, lately I have been getting "Unknown" comments that are linked to some sort of web page. I will never open this sort of comment and will immediately mark as spam. I am not interested in opening something that could be detrimental to my blog security etc. Never have enjoyed hackers! Thanks!
For some it does. Very well done.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and tons of scritches to Miss Lucy. ♥♥♥
I agree... she danced way too short.. such a sad waste.
ReplyDeletePerfect tribute.
ReplyDeleteAgreed.
ReplyDeleteBut so many artists are never recognized until they are dead, especially if they take their own life. Who knows; maybe she did.
Lovely writing, Kathe!
ReplyDeleteInteresting coupling of words and imagery. Artistic yet pensive.
ReplyDeleteSome burn so bright for such a short time, i think they just burn themselves out too quickly.
ReplyDeletePerhaps she was too engrossed but hasty. It could have been averted!
ReplyDeleteHank

ReplyDeleteYes , but fortunately for Francesca , shes still around !
ReplyDeleteactually Kutamun she committed suicide at the young age of 22. Very tragic.
ReplyDeleteYou are so talented at getting to the essence of Tess' Magpie challenges.
ReplyDeleteAs I read more responses to this prompt, I become aware of the back story. Not knowing it, I took the prompt in a direction all my own.
ReplyDeleteI think you did a masterful job here in very few words.
=)
Short and powerful
ReplyDeleteWow! Do the two pics go together? Awesome writing!
