Yes, plants can thrive in the strangest places.

Hubby and I are going to do our train ride into the foothills for our Thanksgiving dinner again this year. Most relaxing.

Nature sets her own rules - look at the trees that grow through the sidewalks in big cities. Who'd ever think that trees can dislocate concrete and asphalt at ease...Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

In my home province of Newfoundland, plants growing in rocky areas is not uncommon. My province's rugged beauty always leaves me in awe.
