I will never forget that day...

 trust in humanity was shattered.

That was a moment of stark horror that impacted those of us who live far away. Pretty shadow shapes.

Wonderful shadows here. I was living not too far from there when it happened. What most folks don't know is that the ruins were still smoking in late November, when we have (American) Thanksgiving.
