Summertime and It's Time for Pickles!

Every year I make lots of
hot spicy dill pickles...
but this year even more were made!
I drove up to Medford Oregon and
taught a friend how to make them.
We made 6 dozen quarts in 5 hours.
Not too shabby!

Here are Paula's 2 dozen jars....

And here are the 4 dozen I took home!
I am only keeping 1 dozen as the other
3 go to my two sons and my nephew Doug
who has become addicted to having
one pickle a day!

Have a great day and don't get in a pickle!
Hahahah!

  2. I don't think I've had hot spicy pickles. What makes them hot?

  3. Nothing better than canned pickles. There are so many awesome flavors too. I love fire and ice. Now I want some.

Have a fabulous day. Big hugs to you and my very best to Miss Lucy. ♥♥♥
