Wild Flowers, Old Friends and New Friends! July 2, 2015

Tracy and David aka "Snickers"

We have learned since living here to
spot Pacific Crest hikers and sometimes
we will host them like we did last year.
We met these two hikers in downtown
while they were shopping for new
boots and provisions for the next leg
of their long journey!
You can follow them on their blog
They came home with us and the next
morning after breakfast we drove them
to where they had left off!

Wild flowers are beginning to show up!
We think they are from the seeds that Russell
planted a few years back!

We haven't identified them....yet.

Russell on the left and our crazy bicycling
friends who come and stay with us in between
cycling 100 to 200 miles in a day!

Last but certainly not least our
daughter's good friend Kami came
to visit us. We had a great visit
after a lot of years.
And that's it for now! Have a great day.

That's really nice of you to provide all those people a place to stay.

I bet you meet a lot of interesting people. Hikers are usually gregarious folks. Have a great weekend.
