A to Z Challenge 2015 D is for Drought

Looks can be deceiving.....
After a lot of rain Hammond Pond
is full of water. But in reality we have
only had 15% precipitation of what we need
to keep our trees alive and to sustain
our wildlife.

It's already so dry here Kathe. Terrible dry and there's so much agriculture here.
