Saturday Six Words and Shadow Shot Sunday February 7-8, 2015

Logging industry relic-
 great photo opportunity!

A few days ago we went by this "wigwam"-
Luckily I am married to a very patient man
as he nicely stopped the car so I could spend
a bit of time photographing the inside and outside
of this lumber industry relic.

As you can see I will be back by myself
to slowly spend time making more images.
I love old rusty machinery.
Especially ones that have such history.
Check this information out!
Meanwhile have a super day!
And don't forget to go here or here
to see more Six Words and Shadow Shots!

  5. There are so many of these rusty timber-related relics here in Oregon. Lumber used to be king here, but now electronics have taken over. I don't mind became damage from too much deforestation is still evident.

  7. I assume that wood is not being burned in there anymore - which is better overall. And I love old rusting hulks of industry long ago. There is a feeling of honest buildings of labor that were designed for a purpose offers a style that looks good to me...nice subject!

I love comments and will attempt to reply to each one. However, lately I have been getting "Unknown" comments that are linked to some sort of web page. I will never open this sort of comment and will immediately mark as spam. I am not interested in opening something that could be detrimental to my blog security etc. Never have enjoyed hackers! Thanks!
