YOW! It's Feline Friday! 5-9-14

Silly photo stolen from someones Facebook page

I guess some cats would take
it personally if they could not
go outside to have a fresh bite to eat.
Our Lucy is homebound and we don't
have any hamsters for good reason!
Thanks to Steve of BFDude for
Feline Friday! Enjoy your day!

  1. Well, cats do what cats do. It's just in their genes. Bless their hearts.

Have a purrfect Feline Friday. Scritches to Lucy. :)

  2. No hamsters here, either.

Despite that, our (indoor-only) cats seem pretty content. :)

  3. He looks quite proud about it, too! lol. Instinct takes over when little creatures are about. I've had two half chewed wee fledglings on my back door step this year so far!

  7. I wouldn't be laughing at this picture if I were a hamster.

  9. Our cats are indoor only, and we have no smaller animals (except computer mice, which the children used to destroy regularly) for a good reason.

Our first cat, Lucy, we allowed outside only in our fenced yard and under supervision. Especially in the spring, we would sometimes have to rescue a bird or bunny from her. Interestingly enough, Lucy never bothered with our guinea pigs beyond sniffing them. I guess she knew those were pets. :-)

I love comments and will attempt to reply to each one. However, lately I have been getting "Unknown" comments that are linked to some sort of web page. I will never open this sort of comment and will immediately mark as spam. I am not interested in opening something that could be detrimental to my blog security etc. Never have enjoyed hackers! Thanks!
