It's Awww Monday!!

Obviously these piggies went
to the market far too often!

I spotted these two piggies in a field next to our
local Pumpkin Patch. They were guarded by the dogs below.
As if they needed any guard dogs!!!

  1. They've be great for cleaning inside - just strap a mop to their bellies and let them go.

  2. Awww on those adorable dogs, and all I could think of with the pigs was...BACON. Okay, you know I was raised on a farm.

  3. I'm thinking the've been to the feed trough more often than to market, but they will fetch a great price there! LOL Sandee, now I'm thinking bacon too! But if they were my piggies they would live to be old and wise, you just can't eat what you love, couldn't do it! (If I was a farmer's wife we would surely starve :-)

  7. Well, i'm not so sure that they didn't need guards, to keep people from fawning over them too much!

  8. Pigs are great, intelligent, and I found when my son raised them, they act sort of like dogs, like to be petted.
