  6. It doesn't seem that long ago that a full cookie jar was all it took to put me in a happy mood. Now I have to work a bit harder at maintaining a positive attitude. But cookies are always a good start.

  8. Wow - with pecans no less! The homemade coolie is a treat, not processed to crumbs but with such a great texture with those grainy oats, brown sugar, berries (not to mention the pecans :) making for a satisfying treat. I'll take two and a cup of stout coffee - a perfect meal for me!
