Squirrel Chatter

"Hey! Don't bother me- I'm busy!"
"Hey! Step away from the acorns.
Mine, mine, all mine."
"Hy-knt tkl rht aw"
Translation of acorn stuffed mouth:
"Hey- can't talk right now."

They certainly are industrious little guys.

Having had a pet squirrel at one time (at my husband's insistence, and it hated him), i can agree, they move fast and are very greedy. They also chew antiques and books, so don't let them in your house!

It looks like he had an acorn stuffed in his neck! Our squirrels are getting ready for winter, too. This year there is an awful threat from one of our neighbor's cats, the only one to ever have climbed the Sequoias. I am driven to distraction feeling I must constantly check. Kitty needs to be taught a lesson!
